POOR SERVICE, MANAGEMENT, AND CONSTANT CANCELLATION
I AM A VERY PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING PERSON AND I REALLY DON'T LEAVE ANY KIND OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS; HOWEVER, I WILL MAKE AN EXCEPTION THIS TIME. MY DAUGHTER HAS BEEN TO THIS OFFICE FOR OVER 2 YEARS. EACH TIME WE HAVE GONE TO HER APPOINTMENTS THERE IS A LONG WAIT OR I WOULD GET A CALL AND THEY WOULD CANCEL MY DAUGHTER APPOINTMENT DUE TO “AN EMERGENCY" AND RESCHEDULE IT. THIS HAS HAPPENED 1 TOO MANY TIMES TO US. LIKE I MENTIONED EARLIER I AM A VERY UNDERSTANDING PERSON AND I HAVE A LOT OF PATIENTS. THIS PAST VISIT THAT WE HAD OR WE SHOULD HAVE HAD HAS DRAWN THE LAST STRAW FOR ME. I ARRIVED 15 MINUTES EARLY TO MY DAUGHTER DENTIST APPOINTMENT AND 15 MINUTES PASSED HER APPOINTMENT AND ABOUT 5 CUSTOMERS LATER WHO HAD HAPPENED TO ARRIVE IN THE OFFICE AFTER I DID. I WENT TO THE COUNTER AND ASKED WHAT WAS HAPPENING BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 3 PM ONE OF THE RECEPTIONIST / INSURANCE PERSON SAID SHE WILL SEE WHAT IS GOING ON THEN CAME BACK AND SAID THAT "IT'S ONLY 15 MINUTES PASS HER APPOINTMENT TIME AND THERE IS NO REASON WHY I NEED TO BE UPSET YET, THE ROOM FOR MY DAUGHTER’S APPOINTMENT ISN'T READY YET AND IT DEPENDENTS ON WHEN THE DENTIST WILL FINISH WITH HIS OTHER CLIENT." I ASKED " WHAT IS THE POINT OF SETTING UP THE AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU GUYS WON'T BE READY AND THERE WERE OTHER PEOPLE THAT WALK-IN AFTER ME WAS ATTENDED FIRST, PLUS YESTERDAY I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT THAT WAS SET FOR 4 PM, I CALLED BACK AFTER LOOKING AT MY DAUGHTERS APPOINTMENT CARD THINKING I THOUGHT I SET THE APPOINTMENT EARLIER WHICH I DID IT WAS SET FOR 3 PM. I TOLD THE RECEPTIONIST THAT I WILL WAIT 15 MORE MINUTES IF MY DAUGHTER ISN’T CALLED IN, WE ARE LEAVING. SO I SAT BACK DOWN AND I WAIT FOR 18 MINUTES AND NOW IT WAS ALMOST 40 MINUTES LATER PASS MY DAUGHTERS APPOINTMENT. I WENT BACK TO THE COUNTER AND TOLD ANOTHER RECEPTIONIST I WILL NEED TO SET ANOTHER A POINT, NO ONE HAS EVEN CALLED ME TO THE COUNTER TO EVEN SIGN ANY FORMS EITHER “THIS IS RIDICULOUS” AND IN THE MEANT TIME I AM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER DENTIST OFFICE. I HAVE BEEN TO PLENTY OF DENTIST OFFICES AND NEVER RECEIVED SUCH BAD SERVICE. THE RECIEPTIONIST SAID SHE UNDERSTOOD AND SCHEDULED ANOTHER APPOINTMENT, AS I WALKED OUT FRUSTRATE AND UPSET BECAUSE I FELT THAT THIS DENTIST OFFICE HAS OFFERED HORRIBLE SERVICE, CANCELLED ON ME MANY TIMES, AND HAS POOR TIME MANAGEMENT. I DEFINITELY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST OFFICE, THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE NEED TO LEARN HOW TO MANAGE THEIR CLIENTS AND PROVIDE BETTER SERVICE. IF THERE IS A CLASS THAT CAN TEACH THEM ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TIME MANAGEMENT THEY DEFINITELY NEED TO TAKE IT.
