I arrived at 12:40 for a 1:15 appt. I was given paper work and assigned a waiting area....told to give to whoever came to get me. I waited for 1 hr and 45 min and went to check in desk to see why I hadn't been called. I was told they would check and get back with me. After 15 more mins I left.....I was in terrible pain. I pray no one else experience this type of treatment.
I love that everything I needed was in the same facility. Most of all, the people that work there starting with the receptionist to the dental assistant and the doctor were all so welcoming, patient, informative and they really made the experience an awesome one. I would refer THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR QUALITY SERVICE!
My experience with W-S Dental Care has been nothing but AWESOME. The staff is very competent and the entire team from the receptionists answering the phone on Monday, April 9th to Julie, Dr. Harris, Pam, Dr. Dixon, Dr. Hutton and x-ray tech. all are very caring, kind and professional. The atmosphere in the office is relaxed and totally patient-oriented. I felt the level of dentistry was the best I've ever had, if I could give them 10 STARS I would. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO SPEND $361 IN UPFRONT COSTS BEFORE I COULD GET AN ESTIMATE ON EXTRACTIONS AND DENTURES. WORSE THAN NOT COOL, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I HOPE ALL YOUR DENTAL OFFICES DO NOT HAVE SUCH AN OBJECTIONABLE POLICY . . . !
JANAE WAS VERY GOOD AND SHE KNEW HER JOB. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST AT DR. SADLER OFFICE WAS NOT VERY KIND AND SOCIABLE. THEY ARE TO EXPENSIVE FOR ME I AM LOOKING FOR SOMETHING THAT I WANT HAVE TO PAY A LOT FOR DENTAL WORK. MY SON GOT LAID OFF AND I AM TRYING TKO HELP HIM.
