I think that rinsing and extracting moisture should happen more during polishing and entire procedure. Hygenist had difficulty reading chart to locate bridges for flossing procedure.
Dr. Nanda and his staff are great! I received great service and treatment. Dr. Nanda is very gentle and has a true concern for his patients dental health.
I thought I was coming in for a cleaning only and was surprised to learn that each time I came in for a cleaning I would have an exam also. It didn't work that way at my previous dentists' offices. Now that I understand that I'm glad it will be this way.
I called to let you know I thought something was wrong with my son's teeth. You check told me not to worry. Couple months later they were worse and you said it was soft teeth barley fixed very inpatient with my son who is only 2. So I got a second opinion and he has to have surgery on every single tooth and I was told this could have been prevented with proper dental care. Very very unsatisfied! I referred so many of my friends to you but they will no longer be going now. Your staff and especially dentist needs to work on his people skills especially with lil kids...
The lady at the check in desk wearing the hearing aids was always very polite, kind and friendly. She always had a smile and was very willing to help! The gentleman that was the dental assistant that has a fiancee there was also very nice. He had interesting stories to tell and didn't ask too many questions that you felt you had to answer with an open mouth. It was a great office that made me feel comfortable.
From the ease if making my appointment, quality care, and being open on saturdays I have a dental option to be happy about!!! I'd highly recommend this service to anybody.

I think that the appointment times should be more staggered so that one can be seen at the time their appointment says, and that the wait time will be shorter. This will allow for accommodation of appointment times running longer and overlapping.
