felt very unwelcome because I am a medicaid patient..seeking a different dentist as I will not return to this office...dentist and staff seemed unconcerned with my issues regarding treatment and issues
My appointment was scheduled at a very convenient time since I was going to be traveling almost two hours away. The day before my appointment the receptionist called me and asked me to reschedule for another time. I agreed although it was an inconvenience. The following morning as I'm already on the highway to my appointment, the receptionist calls once again to reschedule my appointment, but this time for another day. Then she proceeds to tell me I must pick a day and time that I can guarantee I will make because I am unable to cancel or reschedule. I told her have a great day I will not be rescheduling and will find another dental office
My dentist is very caring and, I am very pleased with her work that she has done for me.
The office was short staffed when I went to get my teeth cleaned,so I waited 1 1/2 hours for a cleaning. I am a very patient and understanding person, but when they knew they was going to be a long wait, I wish they would have called me to reschedule.
Dentist was great and her helper Brianna was wonderful. The desk reception was rude and in patient. Gave me wrong info and tried to run my card for more then what I had cause I was missed inform on coverage
