I wasn’t pleased with the lack of communication from the specialist regarding the surgery process recommended for my two year old. Someone with no ID card and no introduction attempted to give me a brief summary of the procedure and I wasn’t receptive as I had no idea what credentials this person had. As a result of this occurrence I will not have my child treated at this facility.

Very good dental work. I was pleased with the concern for my satisfaction. The staff was friendly and happy.

Wait time excessive for both visits. Doctor was very good. Felt a bit rushed once I was seen.

Did not provide cleaning I was scheduled for.

My first visit, the initial consultation, took 2 hrs! About an hour and a half wait before being called, and then I got X-rays and told I needed about $1500 worth of work to my teeth, I didn’t even get a cleaning like I asked because all I kept hearing from the dentist was that I needed deep cleaning that wasn’t covered by my prophylactic coverage (twice yearly cleanings). My consult with the endodontist at a later appt was fast and quick, she was great, and told me no immediate procedures were needed, wish the dentist was as honest as that.

Had a dental appointment a couple weeks ago for a consultation, cleaning and xrays. From this, it was determined dental work needed to be performed for cavaties, but because my daughter is 7, the work would need to be done by a specialist. Scheduled an appointment for the specialist and saw her 2 weeks later. At the appointment, I was told we were there for a consultation, for x-rays to be taken and the determination if any dental work needed to be done. I explained this is what we were here for a couple weeks ago and we are now here to have the dental work done. This is why my daughter is missing part of her school day. I was then told the specialist needs her own x-rays and her own consultation. Then why was the consultation done a few weeks ago, with xrays at the same dental facility? Two consultations and 2 sets of the same xrays within 2 weeks? With the same determination at both consultations? Huh?!?
Not happy. I hesitate to return for the dental work next week!

This was our 3nd visit to the office. 1st was very pleasant, 2nd was to see a specialist and ended up waiting for an hour and 30 minutes but still was treated with respect.....this time was a bit off putting as my daughter was having a tooth removed and due to her ongoing anxiety she always wants me with her but I was told it was not allowed and I had to leave her alone. I was very unhappy with that as I've been in the room at other offices when teeth were pulled. That along with the attitude I received by the dental hygienist while trying to explain why my child needs me in the room was not a great experience. I will say that the dentist was rather nice and did a great job as well as let me stay while the shots were being given.

This last visit went fine. Some things are being delayed but mine is a difficult case. Ill know more soon when the majority of my dental work is complete.

Dentist was great and her assistant. The reception was not so great. They were supposed to call me with info, never did and I called three times and kept getting told they would call back with info I needed and they never did. Plus they should have scheduled my appointment sooner according to dentist, so since they didn’t I couldn’t have work done and had to take antibiotics again for a week and go back. Very inconvenient. Wait time was hour and fifteen minutes too with appointment.

It was my first visit to this office.After filling out the forms i still had a two hour wait.This dentist was very good.At the end of the day thats all that matters.

Awesome place..

This visit was lovely. Dr. Andrabi is charming and the visit was good. The office was scored a 4 instead of five because they made us wait well over an hour before we were seen, and the movie to which we were exposed was loud, violent and unpleasant.

I wish this office would do something about the chairs and rug in the waiting room. I don’t really want to sit out there. Too many stains and dirty. The lobby could use a good cleaning and some new paint on the walls.
