Awesome 👍

I stopped going about a year ago because of a bad (I'm being nice) experience but this time it was wayyy BETTER and Mr. David Esraeli, DDS was very "gentle" and professional + he LISTENED (without getting upset) to me regarding what I wanted for MY dental procedure and for this I have no problem going back now if he's the ONLY one working on my teeth 😁 - I'm VERY satisfied with the service and the care that I received..

9:00 appt

Very knowledgeable and nice

I like this dentist that I saw this particular day! He took his time explaining to me the kind of treatment I needed. I have had bad experiences with some of the other dentists here in the past and also front desk staff but this visit was a good one this time with the dentist I saw this day! However the front desk staff is very unprofessional and i don’t feel as if they’re approachable and informative! The X-ray floor supervisor was very nice and helped me to take the focus off of my toothache pain by talking to me and he was very gentle when doing my X-ray! So overall the dentist and X-ray floor supervisor made my visit here better! Oh and it took them 20mins at the front desk to even check me in I sat there and watched the lady talk to her coworker

My first visit was really good and I thought I had finally found a dentist that cared, but the second time I came in I felt he could care less, and would not listen to anything I had to say. I had a question the first visit he did not address at all. Then I learned he was not going to be there any longer, and he did not bother to tell me this. Hopefully the next doctor will let me ask my question, and take time to answer it.

Great orthodontist, so-so office policy

The orthodontist is friendly, appears knowledgeable and confident, gentle, articulate and didn’t rush us. We really liked him. The only thing is that I called to tell the office we would be a bit late because my child’s school bus was late, and I was told that was fine but if we were more than 10 minutes late we’d have to reschedule. Then we got there 9 minutes late and waited 1-1/4 hours like everyone else. All in all, though, I like this place. My daughter had her phase I here and it was a good experience and they worked with me re her bill. And that’s why we came back for Phase II.

Horrible service

Never return calls , put on hold for twenty minutes and I was suppose to get a refund and my card keeps on getting charged . I almost died from a tooth infection from this place . Emailed and called but no response whatsoever . I’m suing

I’ve dreaded going to the dentist 🦷 for a while this because of the work ik that was needed. This dentist was gentle and for a deep cleaning he numb it my mouth in a way I couldn’t feel it. I was so happy 😀 he will be doing the rest of my work

I had no clue this office had even existed as much as I travel down 10th street west . Had to choose another dental office through my medical service so I chose the very first on the list . Let me just say I am pleased with the service here. God is good !
