My husband and I were in Miami Beach for the holidays and literally at Christmas dinner, my entire right side of veneers popped off - embarrassing to say the least. I looked on Yelp for a nearby dentist and Precious Smiles came up highly recommended with a 5 star rating and had an online booking feature. I booked an appt and they were even better than 5 stars! They quickly remade an entire 8 tooth temp for me, attached and also made a back up tray in the event the temp came out again, I wouldn't be without anything. I honestly can say Precious Smiles saved my vacation - - the temp never fell out and I was able to enjoy the trip. THANK YOU Precious Smiles!!!

Very happy with the service and price. I’m from out of town and need to be seen immediately and did not know any dentist this was the best thing I’ve ever done

Tried to sell me all kinds of Gizmos and treatments which were not needed. I went to my NYC dentist every 3 months for cleaning and exams. My NYC dentists is board certified very respected. The implication at the new office was (among other things) that I needed "deep cleaning". I called my NYC office to see when my last deep cleaning was and Dr. told me that hygenist was on top of my treatment and if certain areas needed deep cleaning she would do it immediately at each visit. So it looks like they were trying to sell me something I did not need. This is kind of what happens at a muffler shop. Go in for muffler, walk out with a new engine. That being said, everyone seemed competant but I can't trust anyone who tries to rack up the bill on the first visit.

Yes, I was definitely matched with the right dentist. Dr. M. and his staff are the best. Dr. M. was very thorough in explaining everything and all possible options. I will definitely continue to visit his office.

I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for your wonderful treatment this week.I was so incredibly impressed by everything:your staff, operatories, equipment and of course your dental work.Your exam was more than thorough.I loved all of your high-tech devices for the x-rays and how that made it so easy to not only see what was going on in my mouth but also to see the work you were doing; step by step and then the finished product. It was amazing.Every detail of your office was obviously designed with the patient's comfort and contentment in mind.The TVs in each room were great for keeping your mind off the work being done. The fresh flowers and even the warm towelette to freshen up with at the end make such a difference.Your professionalism was unmatched and the work was exemplary.I was blown away. I will be sure to tell everyone I know that your office is where they should be.You do a really, really wonderful job. I look forward to seeing you and your staff again soon!
