My appointment has been cancelled 3 times. I was supposed to get my braces off 2 months ago and get new retainers. My current retainer falls out of my mouth. I need to be seen.

Everything is perfect with this facility, except that it has been hard to get my superbill to give to my insurance for reimbursement.

I wasn’t able to make it to my appointment and was not aware of that until last minute. One of the staff members called me and was rude about the policy of having to pay $50 if the appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to the original appointment. It would have been great to have known about that policy the first time I started visiting this dentist office. Thank you.

I emailed the office to inform them I was moving. I now live in Georgia. I did not go to this appointment. Apparently, my email also did not result in the cancellation I anticipated.

I enjoyed my dentist work the entire time. Local sedation is amazing, unlike any experience I've had before. I have visited several dentist throughout my life, never sticking to one because they never made me feel happy and relaxed. You would think is not something you want, but visiting the dentist and having them work on your teeth is very stressful, is expensive, and it hurts!!! Well, when you visit Terra Nova Family, you will not feel anything of such nature!! none of that. I had a cleaning, x-rays, check-up, and even got a night retainer... and only had to pay a 1/4 of what my previous 2 doctors were asking me for the exact same work before I moved from Oakland (actually less than the work that Terra Nova offered me, and Terra Nova was still cheaper)...
I was sedated specifically in every single piece of area that the doctor worked in, I didn't even feel a thing... I kept on praying to relax, but honestly the doctor was joyful, concentrated, and made me feel at ease... the doctor paid attention to anything I attempted to say or not say just to make sure we were both communicating in the process.
