Travelling and in NYC for a few days, had an emergency and needed an extraction. Was directed to this Dental office by 1800Dentist. I was in such a terrible pain and had no choice but to go whichever Dental office let me in. Late afternoon and this office accomadated me. They made it very easy for me once I got there and treated me like their regular patient. Everything went really well. They even followed up with me a couple of days later after I had left NYC. If I were local, Dr. Herskovits would be my Dentist ! Thank You very much for helping me out when I really needed it ! Kudos to 1800Dentist service to have this office on their list !
The front desk is fast and efficient. Friendly people on the phone and in person. Dr. H, has 35 years of experience and is kind and patient. He is a tooth artist. Im happy with the work he does. He has an excellent staff and they have a great team. Give them a chance, you will love the results
I'm a big baby when it comes to having work done, and I guess that's why it took me so long to see a dentist. But I'm so glad that I chose this one. They made me feel at ease. They were polite and funny and they were very concerned about my comfort level. I kicked myself after leaving because of how much time I wasted, assuming that all dentists were the same. And yes, I would recommend them. In fact I already have. But because I waited so long, I'll be seeing them more often. But at least next time, I'll be looking forward to it.
I was more than pleasantly surprised with Dr. Herskovits' friendliness, chair-side manner, skill and devotion to his job. He made me feel like his # 1 patient. I also appreciated that he worked on my teeth from start to finish, and did not interrupt to work on another patient while working on me. He has found a new patient.
Dr. H and all his fellow doctors and staff are friendly/courteous and provide top notch dental care. I feel completely comfortable and confident in all the work they do. The Dental service was very fast and it was easy to make an appointment. However, the dental station was not clean and, to be honest, a bit disgusting... it seemed like no one cleaned-up from the previous patient.
I've been to Dr. Herskovits office two times so far and love it. I have nothing negative to say about this place. I definitely recommend it. -Catherine Luksa
Both doctors as well as the staff are very welcoming, warm, caring. Every measure is taken to make you feel comfortable. I am currently under their care for a lengthy procedure and am confident that the outcome will be excellent.
