The dental assistance was "fantastic" in explaining treatment and making me feel comfortable. I liked both dentists and staff, especially the first female dentist. Being out of state (on vacation), I was extremely happy overall with everything.

This was without doubt one of the best dental experiences ever. I had a wisdom tooth act up while visiting the area, and it needed to be extracted. The dental office fit me in that day!! The staff was exceptional. The treatment was painless and explained very well at all stages. I would highly recommend the Doctor and staff at this office!! Wish I lived here so she could be my regular dentist.

My experience was really good considering the fact I was getting a tooth pulled. The dentist and all of the staff was very kind. 1-800-dentist was very fast and effiecient I put in a request for an appt on Saturday evening and had a appt at 2:30p.m. on that Monday! I am very pleased with both 1-800-Dentist and the dentist office!!! I will be using them again in the near future!

he was very personable and asked me what exactly i was looking for... my problem and financial help as well he helped me find. then he connected me to a dentist and i got an appt the next day and got my wisdom tooth pulled the day after that, and they had financial assistance with payments so he did a great job :)

Fantasticd office. Actually Dr.Deidre Campbell Catlin was out on maternity leave by her husband Dr. Jaren O. Catlin saw me and he wasd wonderful. The office sits on a lake and as you are sitting there you see ducks swimming and squirrels playing which relaxes you evenmore. The fact that nitrious oxide is available was huge for me since I am a wimp and had to have two teeth extracted.Didn't feel a thing. Can't wait to go back for futher treatment. The office staff is exceptional.

Hello my first appointed visit with Dr. Eugene Kalsow at 14150 Metropolis Ave in Ft Myers, Florida was not a good one. I arrived for a 1 pm appointment at 12.55 pm, only to find myself waiting outside their office until 1.20 pm. Another patient had arrived about 1.15 pm and was taken before me, I suppose his appointment was for 1.30 pm. I was taken to the room for x-rays and after 9 attempts the assistant finally got the right tooth after I moved the device in my mouth further back so it could be seen clearly. The doctor then came in and took a long device put it on the tooth and with a hammer struck the tooth that was bothering me and that was a bit painful. He said the root canal failed and that it would need to be extracted, he ordered a medication of Naproxen 250 mil. I was then consulted with a choice to have a bridge put in for about 4900.00. I opted for a second opinion. My second dealings with 1 800 dentist was much better I mean totally better. The appointment with Deirdre M. Campbell was like being at home, I felt cared for genuinely and treated like a person. The doctor and assistant were the best and gentle in the procedure, I will return should the need arise without a second thought. thank You 1 800 dentist for getting the right dentist at the most needed time.
