Waste of time
The office itself that I was referred to was clean and the Dr. was great at explaining the different options I had. However, I was seeking an affordable alternative to my primary dentist because I have a lot of work that needs to be done. When I reached out to 1/800 dentist I explained all that needed to be done and was looking for an office that was all inclusive to my needs. Instead this office did not do dental implants and I would have needed to be referred out. The implants was the main reason for seeking an alternative option and this was fully explained to the 1/800 rep. I’m disappointed and feel that I waisted my time and money. While the service was good(with the exception of the front office losing my insurance information) I did not get what I was looking for. Also the pricing that I did receive for the other services I need are a lot more expensive than my normal dentist.
