I believe that I had to wait too long past my appointment time to get in. If you are a professional service provider you should be able to know how long in most instances an appointment should take. And never overbook and make people wait.
Great appointment but prefer not to be called about cancellations
My appointment was great. I do have one suggestion about calling patients ahead of the appointment. Between my three kids' appointments and my own, I was called three different times leading up to the appointments asking if I wanted to take an earlier time due to a cancelation. I would prefer not to be called. Once I make an appointment it is something I can cross off my to-do list. When I have to consider if I want an earlier appointment, I must think about many things such as... my work schedule, my kids' activities schedule, have I already told my co-workers when I would be out, and the timing of the appointment as fas as what my insurance will allow. So each time I am called it is like having to make the appointment all over again. This causes unneeded stress.
