I have a really bad tooth infection. I don't have the money to go to the dentist so I've just been getting antibiotics from the hospital everytime the infection got to bad, I've been doing this for about a year and a half. I just started another antibiotic and the problem is it makes my whole face hurt so bad. From my sinuses to the top of my throat, it feels like my face is being ripped off. Is this normal? I've never experienced it before.

antibiotics will just mask off the infection for a while but it will not treat your problem if the main source is still there, like a badly carious tooth. about the pain it might have come from the infection, prolong use of a particular antibiotic will definitely make your system get use to it warding off it effects. the best thing you can do is go to a dentist and have it check and treated
