dental staining is one of the most complains that annoying our patients. teeth stains can be intrinsic from inside the tooth or extrinsic that is adherent to the tooth surface. extrinsic stains can be removed simply by scaling and polishing where internal staining need a more expensive dental bleaching. to prevent your teeth from stains you should try to wash your teeth regularly and after eating any food or drink that can stain your teeth like coffee, tea, wine. last thing is to polish your teeth every 6 months to keep the teeth smooth not to attract stains
