Leading Your Team to Success
Being in the business of dentistry for over 18 years and having consulted in over 600 dental practices has made me a very seasoned consultant. After observing the practices I have worked with, particularly the ones which are growing and proving to be very successful, I’ve noticed certain resembling characteristics common to all.
During consultative meetings with dental teams, I make it clear that if they implement the following business management points, they will not only reach their pinnacle levels of excellence in a very short time, but they will continue to be very prosperous for a very long time to come.
1. The practice has a vision and the team is directed by it.
2. The attitude put forth by the team is only positive and upbeat.
